During these times of great change we are presented with meaningful opportunities to connect more deeply with who we are. I specialise in helping people develop stronger, more flexible bodies and to develop healthy, life-affirming practices in their daily lives.
Radiant Body Yoga (RBY) Teacher
Co-Active Coach and Holistic Practitioner
I love introducing the healing power of Sadhana and guided meditation into the lives of others. These practices can be tailored to specific themes wanting to be focused on for healing and wellbeing.
A ritual including gentle movement, breathing techniques and chanting
Sadhana, meaning personal practice, is the cornerstone of the practice of yoga and the process of self-transformation. There is truly no more valuable thing we can give to ourselves. It is this ritual of centering ourselves within our true self that enables us to walk through life with an open heart and with grace. Sadhana is a practice of self discipline, which leads to direct experience and an expansion of our awareness.
A Practice of self-inquiry or vichara - an enquiry into the truth of the Self
This meditation practice helps us to develop our self-awareness - for cultivating our witness consciousness. We look at the root of our thoughts and distractions, developing the courage either to act on them or surrender to them. Through this process we can shed light on the unconscious motivations that drive us and bring the light of awareness into our lives.
Radiant Body Yoga (RBY) is a holistic approach to yoga, which has its roots in the ancient Kundalini and Tantric traditions. These practices are designed to awaken each practitioner to their higher nature. They offer a potent combination of physical posture, breath work, kriya, meditation, and chanting. These practices increase strength, build vitality and create mental clarity within us. It is an integrated approach, streamlined to meet each practitioner where they are in their own development.
SUPPORTING WOMEN THROUGH CHALLENGING PERIODS OF THEIR LIVES.
The difficult situations we face in life present some of the most important choices we ever make. These are meaningful opportunities to strengthen our sense of self-belief, listen to our own inner wisdom, and trust the changes to be life-affirming.
Since the year 2002, I have been working with the body’s energy system to promote its self-regulating and self-healing capabilities, using a variety of methods in which I am trained - such as:
Reiki is an oriental practice that aims to awaken dormant energies, to bring benefits to the psyche and throughout the body.
It is not easy to explain how the Reiki technique can work despite the spatial distance and for many people it can be difficult to understand how a Reiki session can be carried out without the operator using their hands in direct contact with the recipient. In reality there is nothing strange.
Massage is one of the oldest forms of treatment, used to relieve pain, lift the spirit, restore energy and restore well-being in states of stress, physical and mental fatigue.
This massage is designed on the basis of what the client wants and his problems.
It contains a series of techniques and maneuvers acquired from various types of treatments: decontracting massage, traditional Chinese medicine, anti-fatigue, energetic and relaxing massage.
Crystals are able to emanate purifying energies that are absorbed at an energetic level by our body, as vibrations.
Crystal therapy is an ancient method that involves the use of crystals and stones. Crystals and stones are used to heal imbalances in the body and mind. They go to work on the balance of the person's energy field. The purpose of crystal therapy is to harmonize and maintain physical, mental and spiritual well-being, rebalancing the Chakras (energy points in the body).
The feet represent the "roots of the body" or mirrors of the body. They are our contact with the earth and allow us to remain firmly planted on the ground. They give stability and balance not only physically and summarize the entire human body.
Foot reflexology is a technique that uses the solicitation of areas of the foot to which specific areas of the body correspond to restore its balance. Reflexology is useful in case of congestion and tension, helps against back pain, eliminates anxiety and pain, facilitates relaxation and rest.
"I have been very fortunate to have learned yoga with Valeria. Each session has been thoughtfully and carefully designed for my personal ability and goals. Valeria’s classes are not only bespoke but incredibly grounding.
Since starting the sessions, I have not only felt a lot calmer, but my body also feels a lot stronger. I am using the breathing techniques which Valeria has taught me in my day to day life to help give me clarity of thought and a clear mind when needed. I highly recommend Valeria’s one on one yoga sessions. Thank you so much!"

Valeria, a unique and wonderful person that I had the honour and pleasure of meeting a few years ago, with whom today I embarked on a path to feel better about myself by doing personalised yoga classes. Her availability and infinite sweetness are truly unique and rare ... the peace and serenity that she is able to transmit cannot really be expressed in words !!! Always ready to help and listen to you, to always find a way or a different way of looking at things to make you feel good. The personalised class made for me has helped me and face everything that happens around me in a better way, with different eyes ... I am really grateful to have met Valeria on my path because she is an extraordinary person."

I found yoga thanks to Valeria. Her voice gives me peace of mind and I fully trust her in guiding the practice. Through yoga Valeria has made me understand that dedicating time to myself meant improving the quality of my life. I look forward to the day of our practice.

For many years, my Yoga practice has been my primary approach for self-care. During the difficult times in life Yoga has been my personal sanctuary where I could retreat to for reflection, release and healing. Yoga is so much more than only a physical movement routine - it is a system for personal transformation. As my practice deepens I can witness myself changing on many levels. It is a beautiful journey and one I feel privileged to share with others.
For almost 20 years my service to others was as a holistic therapist with a passion for hands-on alternative healing methods. I also trained as a coach to support others through compassionate conversation. Eventually I felt ready to train as a Yoga teacher and guide others into their own process of self-transformation.
My particular focus is to empower women in being their most authentic selves, to reach for their dreams, to feel fulfilled and awaken to their own inner wisdom.
“THE HARDEST CHOICES WERE ALWAYS SIGNIFICANT MILESTONES.”
I never shyed away from the hard decisions in my life. They were never easy or simple and sometimes took longer than seemed good for me, but in the end I always stayed true to myself. Looking back now I have much compassion for my own process - the lessons I learned and the mistakes I may have made. I am a better person for all of it, and enjoy a life lived with deep gratitude and awareness for what’s most important to me.
My first big life-changing decision was leaving Italy. Growing up in a small village outside of Modena, the community bonds of family and friends were strong. And so it was a giant leap when in 2003, at 23yrs old, I moved to London, UK, to follow a dream of travel and adventure. I didn’t speak any English at the time, travelled on my own and didn’t have anyone meeting me when arriving. It was a challenging start but my 8 years in London was a very rewarding adventure full of exciting travels, further education, fun and love.
The other significant choices that have shaped my life include the decision to close a successful business, to get divorced, and to continue trusting the wisdom within my own body. The hardest of all choices has been and may always be the ones which have a difficult impact on others too. My journey was made easier and more meaningful along the way with the help of famly, friends, teachers and coaches… to whom I am eternally grateful.
